Credit is the trust which allows one party to provide resources to another party where that second party does not reimburse the first party immediately (thereby generating a debt), but instead arranges either to repay or return those resources (or other materials of equal value) at a later date. The resources provided may be financial, or they may consist of goods or services. Credit encompasses any form of deferred payment.
定義:the ease with which an asset can be converted into the economy's medium of exchange (即資產能夠輕易轉變成交易媒介)
Note: LIQUIDATION, liquidate (v.) to close a business and sell everything it owns in order to pay debts
INTEREST RATE 利率
定義:An interest rate is the rate at which interest is paid by a borrower for the use of money that they borrow from a lender.
